What Readers Are Saying

I wish I had this book when I left the military and started interviewing for civilian jobs. This book outlines tactics you can use to negotiate for more money, more time off and more benefits. After reading this and getting insights into the hiring process, there is almost no reason not to ask. Byron helps you do it the right way. I highly recommend this book to, well, anyone who wants to make more money!

Even though I have been out of the military for two years when I read the book, I was facing a tough bonus and commission negotiation for a partnership I was about to join. This book was invaluable to me during the negotiation process. Highly recommended to anyone facing any sort of negotiations.
